A clear scope, a specific deadline and a report you can review.
Before a job starts
The catalog price comparison is $39 USD for one current-price CSV and one supplier CSV, with up to 500 data records and 10 MB in each file. The supported header is sku,currency,price, with USD prices and literal SKU matching. The full input requirements, deliverables, total including any applicable tax, delivery date and file-handling arrangements are confirmed in writing before accepting files or payment. Existing written quotes remain valid for their agreed scope.
An enquiry is not an order or a confirmed booking. Online checkout is being activated. Please do not send payment until Bench & Branch confirms the job and the payment route.
What you receive
A comparison CSV and readable summary with source-row references and visible exceptions. Duplicate SKUs, invalid prices, new products and missing products are flagged for review. We do not change your store or decide your prices. Column remapping, source-data repair, PDF extraction, fuzzy matching and currency conversion are outside this offer.
Delivery
Our usual target is two business days after input acceptance and confirmed payment. A specific calendar deadline must be agreed in writing before charging. If we cannot meet that agreed delivery date, you can choose a full refund of the service fee.
Corrections and refunds
One correction of an in-scope processing error is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery. We agree the correction deadline in writing. If a material in-scope error cannot be corrected by that deadline, we offer a full service-fee refund. Changing source files, expanding the scope or requesting a new comparison requires a separate agreement.
Before payment, there is no service charge. After payment but before delivery, you can cancel for a full service-fee refund. Contact us by email to request a cancellation, correction or refund. Refund arrival depends on the payment provider and your bank; we do not promise an instant credit. These terms do not limit rights that apply under law.
Data and review
You must be authorized to supply the data. Send only a job description in your initial enquiry. The transfer route, storage, people and services with access, purpose and retention are agreed before any file transfer. Read our privacy notice. Review the report before making business or store changes.
