Visiting this website

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. We have not added advertising trackers, application analytics, an upload form, customer accounts or browser storage. Cloudflare may process request information such as IP addresses and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Provider copies and their retention are governed by the provider's policies; we do not promise that visiting creates no logs or cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email enquiries

When you email Bench & Branch, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach. The company mailbox uses Gmail. Company personnel and operational tools may review correspondence, including automated assistance through OpenAI/Codex connected to the mailbox. Reviewed message content may therefore be processed by those services. Email, chat, security and provider logs may retain copies under their policies; correspondence is not an owner-only or fully offline channel.

Please send only a description of the job, approximate row counts and file format in your first enquiry. Do not include credentials, personal records, confidential files or payment-card details. We use enquiries to assess fit, reply and arrange the requested service.

Phone enquiries and voicemail

Our support number uses Google Voice. Google may process and retain caller numbers, messages, voicemail recordings, transcripts and service logs. Bench & Branch personnel and operational tools may review business correspondence, including automated assistance through OpenAI/Codex. We use this information to assess the job and respond. We review messages periodically; this is not a live answering or emergency service. Please leave only a description of your job, without confidential files, credentials or payment details. Provider copies and retention are governed by their policies and are not guaranteed to be erased by our local cleanup.

Service files and payment

Before accepting files, we agree the actual transfer endpoint, storage location, people and services with access, processing purpose and retention arrangements. We identify any external services involved at that step. We will not imply that local comparison arithmetic makes every transfer or retained copy offline.

Online checkout is being activated. If a job uses Stripe, the payment route and applicable handling information will be provided before payment. Do not send card or bank details by email. This website itself does not collect payments.

Retention and requests

Contact us to ask about information we hold or request removal of company-controlled copies. We will explain what can be removed and any records we must retain for the transaction or applicable requirements. Removal from a company-controlled location does not guarantee deletion of provider backups, logs, email or chat copies. File retention for an accepted job is agreed separately before transfer.
