Clearly synthetic · USD / kg

Every finding has a source.
Every gap stays visible.

Invented records and tariff—not a customer outcome or a real provider rate. Difference means billed minus expected under this supplied tariff.

Coverage is 3 of 4. Review the unmatched row's weight, zone, unit and tariff coverage. A negative covered difference is not recovered savings. Overcharge/undercharge are arithmetic labels—not established billing fault, refund entitlement or a guaranteed outcome.

One prepared pair. One focused job.

A clear fit before
anything changes hands.

The proposed pilot covers one prepared USD pair: up to 250 shipment records and 25 tariff rows, one common literal weight unit, a template walkthrough, the report and one same-scope correction.

Assisted means a walkthrough of the template fields and supported format. It does not mean unbounded export mapping or bookkeeping/audit advice. Price, final total including applicable tax, a specific calendar date, correction arrangements and actual handling are agreed before files, payment or work.

An enquiry is not an order or confirmed booking. Actual operator capacity and intake/payment arrangements must be confirmed.

Prepared CSVs, literal values

Exact seven shipment and nine tariff headers. UTF-8 without BOM, USD and one identical literal unit. Preserve IDs, leading zeroes and units; no trimming or conversion.

Request scope first. These blank files are format aids—not permission to submit completed files.

Bands use (minimum, maximum]. Fees use base plus units above the included count times the extra-unit fee, with final HALF_UP cent rounding. Invalid or overlapping tariff rules reject the job; unmatched or invalid shipments remain excluded with null calculations.

Unsupported whole jobs

PDF extraction, arbitrary mapping, freight, fuel, storage, duties, nonlinear tariffs, negative credits, currency/unit conversion, refund-entitlement conclusions, account writeback or an audit are outside this job. We do not sell a matching fragment of an unsupported request.

Description first

Tell us what you
need to understand.

Describe the report question, approximate row counts, formats and whether you have the supplied pick/pack tariff. We can assess supported scope, price and a calendar date before any order.
